Vibration table picking - Wiebe

Separation processes are often required in industry as a preparatory measure. Screws, lead screw nuts, O-rings, etc. must be positioned or rotated for the next steps.
In this application, we see separation using a vibrating table. A delta robot mounted above it then removes the screw nuts from the table.

It takes an enormous amount of time if very small components have to be pre-sorted by hand. This is not only a very monotonous task, it is also very uneconomical at the same time.

The separating unit in combination with the delta robot enables the nuts to be precisely pre-sorted and made available to the employee for the next production step.
