Open, robust measurement case (TR.P measurement case) with integrated electronics and connection cables: mobile TR.P sensor technology for recording, visualising and analysing real tensile forces in triflex® push/pull dress packs - ideal for detecting critical movements early, finding installation errors and increasing service life in robotics applications.

Concept study:
The TR.P measurement case is a mobile diagnostic, service and optimisation solution for triflex® push/pull systems in robotics applications. It makes the actual loads on the dress pack during real robot movements measurable and analysable - without complex cabling - providing a sound basis for optimising motion profiles and reducing unplanned downtime.

To this end, the measurement case combines an integrated TR.P force sensor with the i.Cee² platform, wireless data transmission and automated analysis. The results are available via a live dashboard and reports, and support programmers, service personnel and operators alike: detecting critical movements, identifying installation errors, finding the causes of recurring problems faster and increasing the service life of cables and dress packs.
