Rotating energy supply up to 225°

Simple, slow rotary movements up to 225° do not require a specially made energy chain. The movement is released by means of winding the energy chain. Such movements can be implemented with normal, linear moving energy chains from the catalogue. There is no need for a reverse bend radius. Therefore, this variant also represents the most cost-effective option for implementing rotating movements.

Typical application areas: General mechanical and plant engineering, production plants, material handling, machine tools

Application areas

Winding an energy chain

An energy chain is wound up during a movement around a rotary axis. This represents the first option.
Winding movement for a machine tool

Winding an energy chain with reverse bend radius

Unlike the previously mentioned option, the reverse bend radius allows movement in two directions. This allows the energy chain to move more freely in the installation space.
