Dosing robot

You can implement many different applications with robots. For example, in addition to positioning and pick & place tasks, it is also possible to efficiently automate the application of adhesives, sealants, paints and insulating foams. Our dosing and gluing robots bond components with the highest precision and consistent quality. The processes can be repeated exactly. Mostly it's about avoiding material waste and gluing or dispensing more precisely. Another reason is workplace safety, as the robot can easily come into contact with chemicals and supports non-ergonomic work. The user-friendly robot set-up, the control system and the modular concept governing our robotics components allow the bonding processes to be adapted flexibly. Our Low Cost Automation experts will be happy to help you choose and configure your robot system.

Dosing application in animal feed production

Efficiency and automation play an important role in industry. In this case, it was about scaling production, as the manual processes meant that the employees could not afford to increase production. What was previously controlled via individual filling funnels is now handled by a large tank and a hose.
  • Automated feeding of the raw mass
  • Compliance with constant output quantities
  • Elimination of tedious manual processes
  • Low Cost Automation solutions for cost-effective dosing processes

Dosing application in production

Automate a dispensing application quickly and cost-effectively. In order to reduce the effort involved in automation, the linear robot cell is equipped with all the necessary components for standard tasks. The video shows how to set adhesive points with a dispenser
  • Automated feeding of the liquid
  • Uniform dosing of the liquid
  • Reduction of manual error-prone processes
  • Low Cost Automation solutions for cost-effective dosing processes

Dosing application in 3D printing

With this XXL 3D printer, plastic waste can be reused and printed out into components for houses. The printing portals set up in shipping containers process regranulated plastic waste directly on site. A room linear robot with stepper motor technology was used.
  • Large volume printing of plastic components
  • Exact compliance with the nozzle positioning
  • Sustainable production of components directly on site
  • Low Cost Automation solutions for cost-effective dosing processes
