igubal ESTM – compact and high-performance for versatile applications
The igubal ESTM pillow block bearing with a spherical ball of the E dimensional series is impressive due to its high radial load capacity and its versatile application possibilities. The housing is made of igumid G, an impact-resistant and long-fibre reinforced polymer that is suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +120°C and can withstand short-term exposure up to +180°C. It is characterised by high durability and stiffness. The spherical ball can be selected from various options, including iglidur W300 (standard), J, J4, J4V and R, each of which is optimised for different requirements.
Thanks to its chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, the ESTM can be used in various media without losing functionality. The compact design allows for easy integration into existing systems, while the simple assembly saves time and costs. The maintenance-free dry operation thanks to integrated solid lubricants in the spherical ball makes the use of lubricants superfluous and significantly reduces maintenance requirements.
The impressive range of applications for the ESTM pillow block bearing even extends to dirty and dusty environments. It maintains its flawless functionality even under adverse conditions.
